Shaft & Roller
Rollers are key components for processing and forming plates. In the leveling stage, the leveling rollers repeatedly roll the uneven plates by applying appropriate pressure to eliminate defects such as wavy and curved surfaces on the plate surface, so that the plate reaches the flatness required for subsequent forming.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
During the conveying process, the feed table accurately controls the conveying speed and position of the metal sheet, and works closely with subsequent leveling devices, forming dies and other equipment
Shaft & Roller
The shaft provides a positioning reference for other components, ensuring the relative position accuracy between the components. For example, when installing transmission components such as gears and sprockets, the position of the shaft determines the installation position of these components, ensuring that the meshing and transmission relationship between them is accurate and the equipment runs smoothly.
Pressing Section & Cutter
