Hydraulic Pump Station
The hydraulic pump station is one of the power sources of the double-layer tile press. It drives the oil pump through an electric motor to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, providing power for the various hydraulic actuators of the tile press (such as hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors, etc.), so that the tile press's pressing, cutting and other actions can be completed smoothly.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
Some feed tables may have a leveling device or auxiliary leveling function to perform preliminary leveling on uneven plates, so that the plates can be kept as flat as possible before entering the tile press, which is conducive to subsequent pressing operations.
Shaft & Roller
Provide support for rollers, gears and other components to ensure that these components maintain the correct position and posture during work, so that they can operate stably and cooperate with each other.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
